One site plan library for your whole company
Display companies have built site plans the same way for decades. Find the site in Google Earth, draw the fallout circle, move it into an editor, add the notes and the wording the permit office wants, export. That is 30 to 60 minutes per plan, 20 or more every time something changes, and the same work again next season. At 50 shows a year, that is 25 to 50 hours before a single change.
With Pyrositeplan a new plan takes about 15 minutes. Last year's show with a new date takes under 5: duplicate the plan, change the date, export.
Team accounts
Put your planners and permit coordinators on one company account. The admin invites each person by email and picks their role. Organization plans start at two seats.
A shared plan library
Every plan anyone on the team builds lands in the company library. Any member can open last year's show, duplicate it and update it, so no plan lives on one person's laptop.
A shared icon library
Upload your company's icons once and the whole team places the same set. Admins can limit uploads to admins and hide built-in icons the team should not use.
Shared Saved Annotations
Save a styled text annotation once, such as standard notes or required wording, and place it on any plan. Admins decide whether members can change the shared set.
Company branding on every PDF
Set your logo, company name, address and phone once. Every member's export carries them, not the planner's personal details.
Consistent output
Admins can lock the title block font and limit colors to an approved palette, so every plan looks like it came from the same company.
Admin and member roles
Admins manage members, seats, billing and company settings. Members build and export plans.
Plan activity log
Admins can see who created, deleted, restored or permanently deleted a plan.
